An IB PYP Inquiry based learning project through fun, hands on concept-based learning experiences. Experiments ! Math fun! Food chains! And flipables, foldables, gardening, web quests, and the science goes on and on. This makes you the coolest teacher ever! Kids love inquiry based learning and there are over 70 pages full of hands on inquiry that engages and promotes learning in this complete, interactive science unit of inquiry. I created this for our IB PYP theme of Sharing the Planet. Designed for my 3rd graders, this unit can be used with 3rd -5th grade.
Central idea: Living things are interdependent with predictable cycles and patterns.
Lines of inquiry:

How does the ocean biome sustain the cycle of life?
